LLM visibility

The three parts fail independently, which is why the definition names all three. An assistant can be unaware of you entirely, aware but working from a stale description, or accurate but never naming you when someone asks for a recommendation. Each state has a different fix, so the first step is always finding out which one you are in.

LLM visibility is built partly on your own website (crawlable, quick, written so machines can quote it) and largely on the surrounding record: directories, reviews, mentions and community threads that assistants use to corroborate what you claim. The term sits alongside AEO and GEO in the industry vocabulary; the label matters less than the discipline.
